Landau - Madenburg - Neukastell zurück

Good map material or local knowledge required. The path winds through the city towards the south, then after crossing Weissenburgerstrasse, it heads west along the Birnbach until Wollmesheim. The town is crossed via the main road, and at the end, it proceeds along a paved path parallel to the federal road. After a slight ascent, one can already see the next waypoint, the Leinsweiler Hof just before the edge of the forest. Directly opposite, the Panoramaweg begins, marked by a large fir tree, which leads down to the parking lot below Madenburg. Then up to the castle and back. (Drinks are available up top) Back at the parking lot, follow the Cramerweg (black dot on white field) which merges onto the road that surrounds Trifels. Follow the markings until you reach Zollstock and then follow the correct valley down to Landau :-)
