Genusstourüber die Schwäbische Alb

The route starts at the Eppenzill hiking car park. It is a leisurely tour across the Swabian Alb. You stay on the Alb plateau and only have a few meters of elevation to overcome. The tour follows the main road for a short section (near Gächingen), otherwise, you travel on gravel and partly asphalted paths. Along the way, there are places to stop at the Beiwald ski lift hut (open every 14 days) or at the upper reservoir, in the Albverein's Ehninger Weide club house. Additionally, there is the Fohlenhof guesthouse or the Rohrauer Hütte Nature Friends’ House. Be sure to take a look into the valley towards Bad Urach from the Rutschenfelsen rocks.
