'Through beautiful places, in cross-country style'

The route, approximately 40 km long, is suitable for both training rides and day trips with like-minded companions or with children.

Although the main part of the route is on dirt roads, it is rideable (actually rideable, not just walkable!) in almost any weather.

Grocery stores are only at the beginning and end of the route (in the town), so be sure to stock up in advance!

Points of interest and sights include:

• slag heaps

• ski slope

• Research Institute 'Energia'

• sandy beaches on the Oka River

• springs

• Lake Goreloe (or Dolgoe)

• pine forest

• the central pedestrian street and main square of Stupino!
