Mirów-Niegowa-Złoty Potok-Ostrężnik-Trzebniów-Moczydło-Łutowiec-Mirów

The route is for people with at least an average level of fitness - definitely not suitable for starting the season or a Sunday family trip. Sandy sections, climbs and steep descents right at the beginning of the route. A large part of the route runs along a well-maintained bike path, gravel paths, and asphalt, however, some climbs and the sand are challenging.

In my opinion, due to these few sandy and steep sections, it is only suitable for mountain bikes.

The first half of the route coincides with route no. 52 described in the Pascal guide from 2005 - "Poland by bike".
