Percorso lungo e impegnativo ma la discesa in val di rezzalo è uno dei motivi per cui fare fatica in Montain Bike è bello, il motivo numer due è l'agriturismo "La Baita" meglio partire presto circa 4:30 di pedalata attenzione l'anello si chiude in salita dalla localita "Le Prese" si risale la frana di val Pola fino all'albergo circa 5 km .

La salita fino a Santa Caterina è molto piacevole, alternativa nel bosco meno trafficata ma più faticosa.

poi bisogna attaccare il Passo Gavia e qui la musica cambia specialmente verso l'arrivo pochi km prima del passo si imbocca la splendida Val di Rezzalo un piccolo sforzo magari anche con la mtb in spalla e poi tutta discesa fino alle "Prese"
