Alcúdia - Sóller - Alcúdia

Quite a mountainous tour. In September, with great weather, there was hardly any traffic (cars & bikes). Almost everywhere excellent asphalt. And the coastal road between Lluc and the turnoff to Sa Calobra is simply stunning. It's not as strenuous as it may seem – it never actually gets steeper than about 8%. And if things do get too tough: at the intersection at Lluc (Col de sa Bataia), at the turnoff to Sa Calobra, and halfway between Col de Puig Mayor and Sòller, there are kiosks or a gas station. The return from Pollença into the "interior" is not necessarily recommended, as the short stretch of Ma-13A is quite dangerous. Terribly much traffic (even in September) and very narrow. And there were only two of us...
