Route begins at 'Bicycle crossing point' 93 near the canal. Turn onto path 38 and follow it, you will automatically reach the Trac.
The first 15 kilometers are suitable for road cycling, then there are always isolated, short sections that cannot be traversed by road bike. Especially from around kilometer 30. According to my memory, this involves only a maximum of 2 km 'of a pothole-strewn path along a forest.

Overall, the route is very flat and low-traffic. The highlight of the sightseeing might be the approach path to Brussels Airport.

I myself rode this route on a hardtail with semi-slick tires, which posed no problem.

Despite my efforts, the track sometimes runs 5 m next to the road, which doesn’t really pose a problem for navigation.

Large parts of the route run over paths of the Fietspunt network. I straightened out large detours.
