Rundtour Konz- Mannebach-Saarburg

Beautiful MTB tour (only partly suitable for trekking bikes, but doable) mostly on paved forest trails, with only a short section at the beginning through Konz. The tour starts and ends at the open-air museum Konz-Roscheid. The first climb after about 6 km is brutal. Although it is a paved forest trail, the steepness makes it barely rideable; you might have to push your bike for a few meters. Shortly afterwards, a narrow small trail runs about 50 m along a stream. Otherwise, the route does not require special riding skills. The route is quite demanding though, with approximately 1000 m of elevation gain over 45 km.

Mannebach is a small village with its own dairy and brewery where you can refresh yourself.

The route is scenically beautiful. At the height of Fellerich, you have a good panoramic view towards Konz and Luxembourg.
