Route A – approx. 32 km – approx. 1400 m total elevation gain – 85% off-road (forest road, cart track, trails) – 15% paved road in good condition Starts from the Start/Finish area (Muscel plateau), descends into the valley near Valea Câmpiniţei, then climbs to the right, crossing the former forest road that started from the Voila neighborhood towards Plaiul Campinii, climbs through the forest passing behind the former military unit at Voila and after a few kilometers emerges onto the paved road connecting Câmpina to the Sotrile commune, follows it for about 5 km to the village of Vistieru, then turns left onto the cart track (locally known as 'Drumul Hoţilor') that returns towards Cornu along the hill ridge, passes by the Cornu monastery, then descends towards the area of the former shooting range in Valea Câmpiniţei and returns again to the Start/Finish area.
