'Physically demanding mountain bike tour with 1130 metres of ascent to the highest alp in Dorfgastein. From Dorfgastein you first ride towards Unterberg and then, at the Holzlagerplatz, turn left uphill towards Strohlehenalm or PrÀau Alm. After a few hairpins you reach the PrÀau Alm/Strohlehenalm junction. If you want to go to PrÀau Alm, continue straight through the Dorfer Wald. With a steady climb this road now winds around the Tagkogel and you reach the JÀgerhÀusl. Here the road splits and you take the steeper path up on the right. The last 200 metres of ascent are once again a real challenge even for well-conditioned riders. However, the beautifully situated PrÀau Alm quickly makes you forget all the hardships.'
