About this route
El paso del Pollastre, popularly known as the road of the Tres Turons, is one of the most classic and frequented routes in the Maresme. It links Mataró with Arenys de Munt across rolling, narrow terrain full of short climbs that test a rider's endurance and rhythm. Although its highest point barely exceeds 280 metres, its irregular layout makes it a genuine 'leg-breaker', ideal both for training and for linking up with the nearby Collsacreu.
