Discover Ypres and Flanders Fields

From Oudenaarde, after we picked up our bikes in the morning, a transfer will take us to the historic town of Ypres. You’ll soon see the famous Lakenhallen with its belfry and the Menin Gate. The Flanders Fields area is known for its World War I history and the cycling race Gent-Wevelgem. On our 59 km ride through this beautiful area, of course we will not fail to pass by some historic sites and famous Gent-Wevelgem climbs such as the notorious Kemmelberg. This tour will test your climbing legs for sure. We will have lunch along the way and stop at a cycling bar. A transfer will take us back to Oudenaarde well in time to join the evening program.
