This is a nice loop that takes you around one of the largest lakes in Maine. First 20 miles is relatively flat wioth a few liong climbs. Last 20 miles is more hilly on the west side of Sebago Lake. Traffic is not great on Rte 302, and 35 south, but there is a wide paved shoulder that gives you some space.
