About This Route

This road should have been 20km long, going around the artificial lake Rausorul, but there was a land slide which destroyed the road on about 100m. Passage over this area is very dangerous particularly when carrying bicycles, as the side slope (to the lake) is very high and steep, covered with slippery rocks. <br /><br />So we decided to return.

<br />The view is magnificent and the track can be done by an 8 yr old kid (mine did it).

<br />Alternately, you could go the other way around, coming to the same break point.
