'Santeramo-Ginosa' - Route of 61.4 km

Outbound: Start from the roundabout on Via Laterza, reach Laterza and then Ginosa, passing the traffic light and crossing the town up to the roundabout behind Ginosa.

Return: From the roundabout, head back towards the town, travel about 250 m towards Ginosa, then turn right towards the bypass. After about 1 km, turn left and tackle the climb of the bypass that leads back to Laterza.

After passing Laterza, follow the outbound road to SP22, then turn left to reach the Viglione junction, then face the climb of Masseria Torretta and return via Via Matera. Before entering the town, turn right and follow the bypass to the roundabout on Via Laterza (the same as the start).
