Takes in Galibier and Alpe D'Huez in one go. A bitch. Best tackled on the drive down to Italy, can be done on an overnighter or long day trip from Imperia.

2HR 30 drive from Imperia. Requires a driver to collect from bottom of Huez or it turns into a 220km Galibier twice in one day bastard.

A night on the piss in Turin is a good way to celebrate and get your Huez climb time tattoo's whilst drunken. Failing that Ls Bergers Hotl in Huez has a sauna, the bars are O.K but it's a ghost town in Spring. Staying in Huez does allow for the return ride to Modane the next day, removing the need for a driver.
