Radreise zum Chiemsee, Tag 6: Von Wasserburg nach Landshut

Under radiant sunshine, I traverse the Haager and Erdinger lands, pass under the double flight path of Munich Airport (and from afar I can even see the power plant and the Olympic Tower), before reaching the Isar meadows near Gaden. Unlike the mammoth stage in 2008 from Nabburg to Munich, today I can enjoy them at a leisurely pace all the way to Mossburg. Unfortunately, the campsite there is hard to enter after 4:00 PM, so I add a few more kilometers and only set up my night camp by the 'Great Isar' in Landshut. During the night the weather changes; at 11:30 PM there are several flashes of lightning and thunder, then continuous rain begins and lasts until 9:00 AM.
