On October 21st, the second edition of the UltraMTB will be held.
The city of Pindamonhangaba-SP was chosen as the host of the competition for having one of the richest settings for Mountain Biking.
The start will be at Praça do Quartel, in the city center, in the following order: Pro category, Sport, and Light - all behind the lead car until the official start on a dirt road.
The 2012 stage will feature a diverse course of approximately 65 km for the Pro category, 45 km for the Sport category, and 25 km for the Light category - all very well balanced in terms of technical skill, strength, and endurance, with elevation profiles that will challenge the Pro category athletes.
The setting for this 2012 stage could only be the majestic Serra da Mantiqueira with its beautiful trails and breathtaking views of the entire ParaÃba Valley, providing an excellent and challenging terrain for the 1st Stage of UltraMTB 2012.
The expectation for the 2012 stage is approximately 500 participants coming from all over Brazil.
