La mella,Fuente el palo,solana de Jabalcuz,La Grana,Martos

We took the greenway from Martos to Jaén. Once there, and through the Los Villares bypass, we began to climb towards La Mella, with sections of asphalt having more than a 15% gradient. Once at the top, we began to descend towards Neveral and the upper track. From there we took the direction of Pilar de los Potros and Fuente El Palo, filled up water, and continued along the Solana de Jabalcuz to reach San Isidro. From there we started climbing the Sierra de la Grana, reached the summit, and descended to enter the La Crest trail. Once down, we headed towards Martos via the old road from Jamilena.

The route features good ramps, trails, wide tracks, and greenways, we pass through olive grove areas and Mediterranean forests.
