Duathlon: 1. Laufstrecke

*Start: TSV Nesselröden Sporthaus; here you can store the bicycles; also, sanitation facilities are available

• The long straight field path at the beginning is paved, so it can be run on cleanly, but proves to be very tiring due to its long, even but careful incline right from the start, especially as a transition from bike to running.
• After about 1/5 of the distance, great care should be taken regarding fast traffic at the road crossing over Tannenweg!
• After halfway, the path must switch from the field path to the road between Böseckendorf and Nesselröden (Bleckenröder Straße/Obere Mühle) and run there for about 1.5 km: again, care should be taken regarding road traffic!
• At the height of 'Obere Mühle' at the entrance of Nesselröden, a challenging incline should be noted
• The path through the village center proves to be another relaxing, straight running path before a final stretch of about 300 m, extremely demanding, leads to the changeover point via Schulstraße.
