A very nice tour for warming up or cooling down. The starting point is Zellerfeld.

Little-used roads, the steep climb from Bad Grund is done in the opposite direction :) from Seesen there's a nice, interesting road with a maximum of 15% but very rideable.

Saying 'down' to Wolfshagen is not quite right, as the road pleasantly undulates.

From Goslar up, it's a dream, great for endurance training, as it has a lovely, consistent incline.
