A tour along the most famous landmarks around Coburg

Just a few kilometers apart, there are four beautiful castles. Start and finish: The Ehrenburg in downtown Coburg. It is considered the parquet of the German high nobility. An ascent proudly showcases the Veste, prominently visible above Coburg. Through dense forest paths to Castle Rosenau, which was like a second home to British Queen Victoria, across fields and meadows to Castle Callenberg. Here you will experience firsthand how the dukes lived in the 19th century. A well-marked bike path leads you back to the city center.
