RV Opel 1888: Familienradtour Tour 1 (27km)

Route 1 (27 km) of the family bike tour organized by RV Opel 1888 Rüsselsheim e.V.

 

On well-maintained forest trails, the ride starts at Helen Keller School in Rüsselsheim-Königstädten and leads past Mönchbruch hunting lodge to the Mönchhofdreieck area. Here you find the checkpoint, perfect for a short break. After the checkpoint, riders can choose between the 20 km or 28 km route. The longer loop runs along the northwest runway to Okrifteler Straße before Kelsterbach, goes under the main road towards the River Main near the Okriftel ferry. The route then follows the Main cycle path past Mönchhof Chapel, over the cycle bridge at Caltex Harbour, to the outskirts of Raunheim, and from there past Dr. Bauersee to Horlachgraben and back to the starting point at Helen Keller School in Rüsselsheim-Königstädten.
