About this route
Cross-country through forests and meadows towards Heubach. Here we pass through the villa district just below the Rosenstein. A steep and rocky ascent to the Ostfels, where the last meters may well be walked. After the tour along the Alb cliffs, a steep descent down to the 'Finsteren Loch'. This cave is only open from May to October. The detour back uphill and then a rapid descent to Lautern. From here, straight back to Mögglingen.
