First, it is relatively flat to pick up speed until Langenkamp. From there, we climb the first ascent to Köterberg. Then we need to maintain pace until just before Polle, before turning left towards Bad Pyrmont. This means there is a relatively flat but long uphill road towards Kleinenberg. Very scenic with good visibility! Then we wind through many curves at speed down to Bad Pyrmont, where we will encounter another climb over the Hagen. From there, via Barntrup and Blomberg to Schider and finally cooldown through Brakelsiek and Lothe back.
