Club ride 1

This is a training loop IRO 50 miles including mostly nice quiet country side, but with some coastal traffic between Worthing and Shoreham. There is one killer 15% hill but thankfully it is mercifully short! Lot's of places to do take abreak for coffee/cake etc. An option at Pulborough is to return to th ecoast via Bury hill instead and head into Arundel before riding back to Worthing. Nice ride, especially on a summers day!
