From the start at the bathing lake, after a short warm-up phase, the route climbs about 2.5 km and 150 vertical meters up to Oberlaitsch. In Oberlaitsch, turn left towards Michelsreuth, enjoy a short descent followed by a brief climb. Continue along the ridge towards Himmelkron and descend to Ziegelhütte. Then continue along the Baille-Maille-Allee and follow the path to Schlömen. In the center of Schlömen, turn left, then after about 50 m keep left again to follow the climb towards Feuln. After about 300 m keep left, cross the hill, and descend to Feuln. In Feuln, turn right towards Hengnabrunn and after about 400 m turn left onto the gravel road towards the lake, follow this climb up to Reuthlashof. At Reuthlashof, cross the road and continue on the field path to the forest. A short stretch through the forest then immediately right for the descent to Fölschnitz. From Fölschnitz towards Hauenreuth, after the bridge turn left on the road up to the entrance of the Kneippweg (left) to Ebersbach. In Ebersbach, after a short uphill stretch towards Heinersreuth, 300-400 m past the town sign, turn left onto the forest path and ride to Ködnitz. End of the route.
