Von Aigen über Liezen ohne große Anstrengung nach Admont (Kloster), dann hinauf nach Weng und hinein in das Gseis (Gesäuse - leider Bundesstraße aber am Sonntag sind nur die Motoradler das Problem); Mittagsrast bei der Abzweigung Johnsbach; bei 2 Tunneln nach Hieflau dürfen die Radler außen rum fahren, tolle Ausblicke! Hinter Hieflau steiler Anstieg auf stark befahrener Straße, weiter nach Landl und nach hinunter Großreifling und nach Erb hinauf. !! Übergang von Kirchlandl nach Erb nicht zu empfehlen: steiler Anstieg und noch steilere Schotterabfahrt!!
