Ruta del Carrilet I

This route is approximately 57 km long. After Olot, we enter a gently rolling terrain up to kilometer 12 where there is a climb (Coll d’en Bas) on a very rough road, then starting a long descent down to Pasteral. The remaining 20 km to Girona are flat with a slight descent.

It is a route we recommend doing because it crosses landscapes of great ecological importance such as the volcanic area of Garrotxa and the valley of the Ter. At Pasteral, we can observe the reservoirs of Sau, Susqueda, and Pasteral.
