Circular route from the main car park. Mainly quiet roads with nice villages. Refreshments at the Tiger Inn in Coneythorpe & The Royal Oak in Staveley.

Well worth a visit is the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve at Staveley with viewing hides. (Shown as a loop on the map - no signs prohibiting bikes but please respect the site)
