Circuit Heniu cu escala pe Magura Neagra

Developed mostly on gravel roads, the route circles the Heniu massif in the Bargaului Mountains, passing through sections of the Budac and Lesului Valleys. I only recommend a stop in the Magura Valley for well-trained riders, and I do not recommend the chosen descent route at all, as it is extremely technical (and this is on dry road conditions; in rain or mud it would be a real challenge). The most advisable option would be the ridge route along the crest between the Lesului Valley and the Ilvei Valley, a variant I initially had in mind but was unable to complete this time.

The connecting road between Tureac and Iliuta Bozghii has been recently constructed, fully rideable, but with quite a few sections featuring steep gradients and large stones.
