About This Route

This route takes you from Ashton On Mersey into Timperley, and then through Dunham to Lymm. The route is done mostly on the TransPennine trail and Bridgewater Canal

Mainly offroad route from Ashton On Mersey to Lymm. The route to Lymm is done mainly on the TransPennine Trail bringing you out pretty much in the centre of Lymm. The journey back is done mainly on the Bridgewater Canal up until reaching the Dunham area where the route goes back onto roads to complete the journey. The route is flat with only small hilly parts once you go offroad into Lymm before getting onto the canal.
