Route

The route starts directly at the mountain and for quite a while it only goes uphill. The incline divides into about 4 parts which just before the end become significantly steeper (Caution: Weight should be distributed onto both wheels - the front wheel lifts quickly and the rear wheel loses grip quickly while standing still). After that, there are only short sections going up and straight. About from the second viewpoint, the downhill section begins, which ends with a long fast descent (Caution: right at the end is a barrier and behind it the S194, no runoff area - so brake continuously). Features Directly along the route are two viewpoints that offer a beautiful view over Freital. The path is compacted, but with numerous stones and roots in the ground, parts of thin branches hang over the path. Moreover, it is almost constantly very narrow and right on the edge of the slope. Notes A good front suspension and possibly a rear suspension are, in my opinion, a must. Furthermore, the brakes should react quickly and preferably not lock up. For all those who still have control of their bike even on slopes and on narrow paths with many curves: feel free to ride the route a bit faster, it's worth it -> adrenaline.
