About This Route

Von Klopein geht es über Stein und über die Tainacherbrücke zum Drauradweg R1. Bis zur Völkermarkter Bucht folg der Radweg der Drau. Dann verläßt er die Drau und führt durch malerische Ortschaften bis zur 90 m hohen Eisenbahnbrücke. Wenn man Glück hat kann man Bungy Jumper bei Ihrem Sprung beobachten. Nach 2 km kommt die St. Lucia Hängebrücke bei Aich. Die sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen, aber bitte nicht überqueren, nur mal auf die andere Seite und zurück spazieren. Der Radweg führt über Bleiburg, Globasnitz und Eberndorf zurück nach Klopein.
