補給：從成泰路跟凌雲路交叉口開始沿著凌雲路一直騎不到兩分鐘，會經過萊爾富、7-11

地形：雖然是一路往上爬，但是5分之4以上是緩坡，那剩下的五分之一呢?就是比較陡的！三不五時會出現一下，讓你重踩ㄍㄧㄥ個30秒～一分鐘才會結束。這邊的陡坡只要常常練，大概站起來抽個幾下就過去了！經過半山腰的凌雲禪寺之後，陡坡的出現的比例會漸漸上升，山不在高，有仙則靈；坡不在陡，有練則感覺比較平。
