Rather al fresco route taken today for training.

NB! Be very careful on the descent of the A4106 - perhaps better to retrace outward route as road surface around the bends going down to Monmouth is very poor IMHO - had to take it wide even in the dry ( as it was today) as it was too lumpy to lean it over.  Really needs a re-surface I think. So beware!
