Die Römer-Lippe-Route führt auf den Spuren der Römer vom Hermannsdenkmal im Teutoburger Wald über das Münsterland bis nach Xanten an den Niederrhein. Höhepunkte sind das Hermannsdenkmal, der Römerpark Bergkamen das Römermuseum in Haltern am See und der Archäologische Park in Xanten. Dabei immer wieder im Blick - die Lippe. Der Fluss fießt durch eine herrliche Naturlandschaft mit teilweise ausgeprägten Auenlandschaften.
