Ierapetra - Sitia - Ierapetra

Very nice quiet route, only the first 20 kilometers and the last 5 kilometers run along a main connecting road with some traffic. The route leads into the mountains through many olive groves. On the way there, usually strong headwinds or crosswinds. In Paraspori, be sure to stop at the water source (note the sign at the roadside). The route can also be ridden on a road bike, but I would prefer a mountain bike as the asphalt is sometimes very rough and has many grooves, bumps, and holes.
