On the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the Parish Lt. Maximiliano Rodríguez, CICLOVIAJEROS invites you to enjoy the best way to get to know our land. CICLOTURISMO IN ALGARROBILLO Two days of cycling, celebration, and tourism.

Description of the activity: 1st day: We depart on Saturday, July 20th at 07:00 from the Reyna del Cisne Stadium. The transport will take us to the city of Celica, after which we will start the bike ride from 1970 m above sea level to the Parish Lt. Maximiliano Rodriguez, passing through Cruzpamba, Dominguillo, El faique, and enjoying a spectacular view of the Algarrobillo valley where we will enjoy a refreshing bath in the Tigre lagoon. The route begins with a tempered to cold climate, usually cloudy, finishing in a warm dry valley. At night, we will enjoy activities held for the parish anniversary celebrations, and we will spend the night at the site.

2nd day: We will cover the remaining 10 km to the Sabanilla parish where our transport will pick us up and take us to the city of Loja, where we will arrive at the end of the afternoon on Sunday the 21st.

What do you need?

1. A desire to make friends and get to know the province of Loja from a different perspective.
2. A bike in good condition (there is no support vehicle; those who start must find a way to complete the journey).
3. Helmet (essential).
4. Gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera (recommended).
5. Hydration and food (at each person's expense) (we recommend non-perishable food for 2 occasions, there are only 2 restaurants in the area).
6. Tent, sleeping bag, insulating mat (which can be distributed among 3), if you don’t have a group to share with don’t worry, send us an email and we will find one for you. This equipment can be carried in bags adapted to the rack of your bike (recommended) or also in a backpack fitted to your body.
