Beautiful route starting from Emmendingen, towards Denzlingen, Waldkirch into the Simonswald valley. Light incline of 1-2%. Turning towards Wildgutach and Hexenloch. Steep incline, great view. Then towards St. Märgen and final descent towards Glottertal, then it gets tough again. 9 km climb to Kandel with a 12% incline and a difficult descent. (Bad to very bad asphalt. Hold on tight to the handlebars!!
