Absolutely brilliant tour with the mountain bike, as it goes almost entirely over hiking trails and has nice ups and downs. There are also small 'downhill tracks' (more like I would like). It goes a lot through the forest and is therefore particularly nice to ride in strong sunshine. One of the most beautiful bike tours off the road in the vicinity of Kiel (if not the most beautiful!!!).
