Route to the finish... Gravel on Ranges 8 & 9 = 37.5 km. Via asphalt and quite direct: if you are in the village of Kinnear's Mills, take Kinnear's Mills Road out to 216 Chemin Craig, directly across from 216, then turn left, immediately on 216 take a right onto the 8th and 9th Ranges (you'll pass your daughter?) about 10 km until Chemin Gosford, on Chemin Gosford, left until the village of Inverness (you'll be at the Beef Festival ...), right in the village onto Chemin Dublin until Plessisville (Plessis is 21 km from the village of Inverness), total out about 37 km.

Dublin Road is usually quite pleasant, hilly, without too many cracks for road bikes (which is not the case for the 8th and 9th Ranges, but the views are beautiful on both roads). However, there will be traffic on Dublin Road (route 267) from campers etc. since it's the Beef Festival ... if that doesn't bother you too much.
