Rundtour ab Loano, Aquila d'Arroscia, Giogo di Toirano

beautiful 120 km route:

• first from Loano to Albenga
• from Ceriale, you can avoid the SS1 along the coast
• in Albenga, head towards Garessio, then follow the SP 453 towards Pieve di Teco (Arroscia Valley)
• as soon as the first tunnel comes into view, divert towards Borgo di Ranzo
• then head towards Leverone, there keeping towards Aquila
• until Bezzo just follow the SP 35
• at the end of Bezzo, don’t miss the left turn towards Cenesi (no signage!)
• the same problem again about 500 m after Cenesi: left turn towards Cisano!
• in Cisano, you can (if you enter the village) rest nicely in the village center under the palm trees
• from there you can’t go wrong over Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbena and the Colle Scravaion (signposted towards Calizzano)
• ride through Bardineto towards Loano
• from Giogo di Toirano follow a 15 km dream descent
• before Toirano, turn left over Boissano back to Loano.
