Route around the Mythen

I took the train to Goldau. A nice warm-up ride along the Lauerzersee lake to Seewen. At the stream, turn left uphill towards Ried. Then take Obermattstrasse to Loosstrasse. Don't miss the right turn; it leads to a beautiful meadow and hiking path through the Tschütschwald forest. At Bürisberg, you briefly join Ibergereggstrasse until the left turn for Lauenen. Finally, at the top at Müsliegg, head towards Holzegg where you are right under the large Mythen.

On the way to Haggenegg, I had to cross two wide snowfields and enjoyed a well-deserved coffee at the restaurant. Now I want to head over to Mostelberg, which is relatively easy to ride. At Herrenboden, turn left uphill and continue to Engelstockweid, where there is a fast descent back on the road to Seewen. Easy cooldown ride to Goldau train station.
