Route along the Calabrian coast. Certainly beautiful with a great variety of coastlines. Few elevation changes. From this base route, given time and desire, other routes can obviously branch out into the hilly and mountainous interior. The Coastal Chain and then the Pollino, the Sila, and the Aspromonte. These mountains, which do not exceed 2000 m (only the Pollino reaches 2300 m), offer climbs of 15 - 25 km with average gradients of 7-8%. If desired, one can cross Calabria coast to coast.
