PLACE: Las Heras – City of Mendoza DAY: THURSDAY, February 20, 2014 TIME: 5 PM.   START: MUNICIPALITY OF LAS HERAS, San Miguel Street, heading South to Roca turning right (West) continuing on Regalado Olguín, to the Avenida Champagnat Roundabout, turning right (North), El Challao, Papagayos circuit, the viewpoint, Dique Papagayos, along La Favorita neighborhood, Zoo, Aboriginal Park, turning right (South) San Francisco de Asís, to the descent of Cerro de la Gloria, turning right (West) down the Cerro de la Gloria, up this way against the flow to the monument Cerro de la Gloria, where the stage ends, completing 18,400 meters.
