From Üchtelhausen through the "Hesselbacher Hochland", past the Ellertshäuser See to Hofheim. From there, continue via the bike path to Haßfurt. Refreshment opportunity directly along the Main at the Naturfreundehaus, near the airport. Return downstream on the Main to Schweinfurt with a detour to the sandpit lake (refreshment opportunity at the Beach Café). Last possible stop at Almrösl (steep short ascent (100 m).
