From the center of Bühren, we set off towards Varnhorn. There we take a short break at Helga's. From there we head towards Thölstedt and then Aumühle, where we also take a short breather. Passing the Mertens holiday resort, we go through the village of Aumühle towards Heinefelde, crossing the A1 and heading straight towards Gut Moorbeck. Big break. From here we cycle along Amelhauser Street until shortly before the farming community of Glane, where we turn left towards Hunte. From here we follow the Hunter cycling path and orient ourselves by the cycling path symbol (river course with bicycle) towards Dötlingen. Here too we take a break. Following the cycling path, we reach Wildeshausen, where in the market square in the center it's nice to take a break. We now leave the Hunter cycling path, cross the city towards Düngstrup, passing through Rechterfeld, Bonrechtern, and Wöstendöhlen. We leave Visbek to the north, going through the industrial park towards Erlte. Break. The last stretch to Bühren will be via Hagstedt to the Frieling inn, where we will end the day.
