Day and night ride of 23 km and approx. 550 m of elevation; Start at 5 PM, 10°C, dry to slightly damp terrain, pure riding time 1:46:40 Short route description From the starting point, the parking lot Am Markmorgen near Evessen (experiential quarry), we first proceed along a developed forest path for about 4.2 km with about 138 m of elevation gain, where at about 3.6 km the actual ramp starts with about 15 % incline. After reaching the first high point of 314 m above sea level, we cross the connecting road to Ampleben and follow a beautiful trail for about 1.4 km past the Ampleber Kuhlen. At kilometer 6.4, a super descent singletrail begins, which ends with a ramp of about 40 %, where you have to let the bike roll to stay on it. On heavy ground, pushing is likely to be unavoidable unless you are a downhill rider. After crossing the Reitlingstal street, we follow a beautiful trail with slight ascents and descents towards Reitlingstal. From there, we ascend about 1.5 km and 85 m of elevation along a developed forest path back up to 301 m and reach a beautiful trail that leads us about 1 km towards the Reitlingstal restaurant. After the descent, we turn right shortly before the restaurant onto a trail parallel to the Reitlingstal. After about 800 m, we ride slightly uphill on a developed forest path. Then follows the longest downhill section of about 4.3 km and about 170 m of elevation, where the most beautiful section of trail begins at kilometer 14.7 and ends with a steep descent to the Reitlingstal street. We cross the main road and the longest climb of the tour begins, where at the start we have to overcome a steep ramp of about 30 %, which could become a push section in case of poor terrain; afterwards, the climb becomes moderate (max. 10 %). After three kilometers, we reach the highest point of the ride at 320 m above sea level. Then one of the most beautiful downhill trails in Westelm follows for about 800 m, which flows into a trail parallel to the main road towards the starting point, about 1 km.
