Very beautiful route, scenic, no traffic (or very little). Uphill and downhill sections, the stretch before 'Habenichts' is now also paved. The climb from Oberthal-Mitte to the wind turbines is very demanding. Then follows a gentle descent along the Blies and Nahe rivers? From here you can see the new holiday homes at Lake Bostal. Whether you then cycle a lap (6.8 km) around the lake is irrelevant. The return trip may have somewhat more "gentle" climbs, but you've already logged about 2.5 hours of riding. Okay, and that's it!
